Returns & Exchanges Policy (UK)
At Roam Free Coffee Company, all orders are final once placed and confirmed.
This policy complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and applies to all purchases made through our website.
Returns & Exchanges for Damaged Items Only
We only accept returns or exchanges where items are received in a damaged condition.
If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within a reasonable timeframe of delivery by:

Emailing help@roamfree.cc with the subject line “Damaged Item”
To be eligible for a return or exchange due to damage, you must provide:

A clear written description of the damage, and

Clear photographic evidence showing:

The damaged item(s), and

The original packaging where applicable

Failure to provide sufficient photographic evidence may result in your claim being refused.
No Returns for Change of Mind
In accordance with UK consumer law, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Change of interest

Incorrect orders placed by the customer
Once an order has been placed, it is considered fixed and final, unless it meets the damaged-item criteria stated above.
Assessment & Resolution
All damage claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a claim is approved, we will offer either:

A replacement, or
-
An exchange
The method of resolution is determined at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed unless required under applicable UK consumer law.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law.
