At Roam Free Coffee Company, we currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a dispatch confirmation where applicable.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on courier services and external factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with both the courier and the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

UK Shipping Only

We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside the UK will not be fulfilled.
